Disgraced ex-Sen. Carlos Uresti returns to federal court Tuesday for sentencing on bribery charges

Last February, in a separate trial, Carlos Uresti was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison on fraud charges. He faces up to five additional years in prison for the bribery charges.
