A Message From the Editor

Good morning. We're watching to see what the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission will do now that the deadline has passed for targeted law firms to disclose their diversity data. But our analysis shows that many of those firms have already made changes to their websites on DEI commitments. Also, Norton Rose Fulbright has instructed its lawyers to avoid commenting in client communications on President Donald Trump or his administration. And we show you the data that proves the legal industry's move away from a single-tier partnership is not the result of talent management but is directly correlated with higher profits per equity partner (PEP) growth.
