 | Join an immersive IMAX® adventure to experience the life-saving superpowers and extraordinary bravery of some of the world's most amazing dogs. In this inspiring true story, our best friends are also real-life superheroes. Journey around the globe to meet remarkable dogs who save lives and discover the powerful bond they share with their human partners.
Follow HALO, a rookie puppy training to join one of the most elite disaster response teams in America. Meet HENRY, an avalance rescue expert in the mountains of British Columbia, REEF, a Newfoundland lifeguard with the Italian coastguard, RICHOCHET, a Californian surf legend helping people with special needs, and the Bloodhound brothers, TIPPER & TONY, who are leading the fight to save endangered species in Africa.

Wag your tails and enjoy some happy tales about dogs who are superheroes in our community. Join us as we engineer dog houses, create wearable dog ears, and hear a puppet story time. Even enjoy some light dog themed snacks as you watch the new film Super Power Dogs in our 4-Story Digital Theater.

When school’s out, science is in!
Kentucky Science Center has made it our mission to continue child education, even on days when JCPS may be closed! In out School’s Out Science Camps your child will develop skills and make friendships that will last a lifetime. Our camp encourages all campers to play, tinker, and investigate the world around them with plenty of time to explore their favorite science center. Check back regularly for new updates as the school year progresses.

Does your little scientist love to PLAY? Well now they have the opportunity to be a part of our Curious Kids Board and enjoy a lifetime membership to Kentucky Science Center that will keep their PLAY going!
We are looking for trailblazing little scientists that will join us in kicking the tires on new programs, spit-balling fresh ideas and innovations, critiquing offerings and materials specifically designed to serve our early childhood audience.
