In a recent post, Bon Appetit featured chocolate pannekoeken made in a big pan and served with ice cream and chocolate syrup. It was melty and gooey looking--not that gooey chocolate is bad. But these are much cuter, neater, and more fun. They're made in a jumbo muffin pan. And they're very simple. Use a mix. Stick them in the oven for about ten minutes.
And you don't have to do only desserts. You can make great lunch or breakfast mini's--scrambled eggs with bacon bits and a cheese sauce, fresh veggies with white sauce. |
