The two categories for submission are:
Outstanding ICT Achievement – focuses on harnessing information and technology to successfully advance patient care and safety. Outstanding ICT Innovation – focuses on the most innovative, creative and "out-of-the-box" ICT solutions used to improve patient care and safety. Please remember that you don't need to be a HIMSS accredited hospital to submit, this is open to all hospitals and providers. All hospitals and healthcare providers from the European region* are welcome to submit their case study.
*The Award is not open to vendors or industry suppliers.
Winners and finalists of both categories will have the opportunity to be included on the HIMSS Future50 nomination list. The international initiative is aimed at identifying and bringing together the top 50 Healthcare Information and Technology leaders in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
