How Families Can Make Low-Carbon Living More Complicated
How Families Can Make Low-Carbon Living More Complicated
Sami addresses the difficult issue of how families don't always agree on environmental issues, starting off with the story of my wife Kelly wanting to keep her gas stove. Meanwhile, after reading this post Kelly finally had enough of me complaining to Sami, and points out in the comments that I am maligning her:

"I'm the one who doesn't buy red meat. I cook all those vegetarian meals. I cook everything from scratch, no processed meals, so healthier and without packaging waste. I grow my own garlic, can my own tomatoes, pickles and jams. I make crab apple and quince jelly from my own trees. Dinner tonight is a hearty vegetable soup using homemade chicken stock. I just like my gas stove."

I think I will keep quiet about that stove from now on.
