Dow adds 542 points, stocks on pace for 2nd best election week ever

U.S. stocks notched a fourth straight day of gains as investors honed in on the likely hood of a divided government and more support from the Federal Reserve which left interest rates near record lows. However, Chair Powell did stress more stimulus is needed to juice the economy.
