Dow hits 33K for first time, Fed to keep rates low

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed above 33,000 for the first time ever, the S&P also hitting a fresh record. Investors got what they wanted from Federal Reserve Chair Jay Powell who promised rates will stay low at least until 2023, even though the U.S. economy is improving.
