I just love the taste of ripe tomatoes, spring carrots, and strawberries picked fresh from the garden. Good food requires the right climate—the two are inherently connected, after all! With Earth Day just around the corner, I wanted to share a few simple ways to celebrate, such as purchasing goods made of eco-friendly materials like bamboo and drinking wine from grapes that are farmed sustainably.
