Eleanor established Focus Wealth Advisers in the Southern Highlands of NSW in 2006, building a business based on an understanding of the DNA of her clients’ wealth.

Eleanor loves to explore new ways to deliver advice and wants to ensure her clients understand the decisions they make, she acknowledges, that this starts with how she identifies each client’s tolerance to investment risk. Over the years, with many trials and much error, Eleanor has identified a way to educate her clients about risk and how to have each client choose their own investment profile.

She is quick to state, this is a client by client approach, many clients with an existing knowledge and a deep understanding of investing are taken on a different advice journey.

Nathan is an experienced executive with a proven background in growing & transforming wealth management businesses since 2006, including market strategy, M&A, business development, technology, operations and organisation transformation.
Nathan previously worked for Perpetual Private, a high net worth advice business and was responsible for developing new market segments, including advice & trustee services to accounting firms, medical specialists and indigenous communities. Prior to joining financial services, Nathan worked in strategy & management consulting and as an officer in the Australian Navy, including running leadership programs on the square rig sailing ship Young Endeavour.
