40 hazardous chemicals added to PIC – exporters can start notifying authorities now From 1 March 2025, EU exporters are required to notify their intention to export 40 additional hazardous chemicals. This requirement follows the recent decision of the European Commission to add new chemicals to the EU’s Prior Informed Consent (PIC) Regulation.
Our IT tool ePIC has been updated to reflect these changes and companies can now notify their exports of these chemicals.
