On 29 March 2023, the General Court dismissed in its entirety an action brought against European Commission's compliance check decision requesting two reproductive toxicity studies, as well as a dose-range finding study for one of them.
This is the first case where the General Court had to assess a compliance check decision under REACH adopted by the Commission, and ECHA was supporting the Commission as intervener in the case. See more details in case T-868/19.
