United States Moody's Analytics Used Vehicle Price Indexes Sep. 2022: 0.8% Used-vehicle prices in the United States fell again in September. United States Factory Orders (M3) Aug. 2022: 0.0% m/m U.S. factory orders were unchanged in August after falling 1% in July. United States Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey Aug. 2022: 6.2% openings rate In a sign that the heretofore sturdy labor market may be weakening, the number of available jobs fell sharply by the end of August to 10 million, from the July figure of 11.2 million, which was revised down. United States CoreLogic Home Price Index Aug. 2022: 13.5 % y/y House price growth has peaked amid higher mortgage rates and declining affordability. The CoreLogic Home Price Index slowed to 13.5% year over year in August, dropping back to its lowest pace of growth since May 2021.
