One-party rule in Washington is over. Democrats won at least 220 seats in the House while Republicans have 194. 21 seats are still waiting for a decision. Meanwhile, Republicans expanded their majority in the Senate. All of the Democratic big rising stars, including Beto O'Rourke and Andrew Gillum, got wiped out on Tuesday.
