Email Marketing Tip #15:
Use a Consistent

When communicating through email marketing and social media, be sure to use a
consistent voice.  Whether you use a business-like or fun, conversational
approach depends on your company's overall goals and strategies, but more often
than not, your email marketing and social media efforts should reflect the same
tone.  This will prevent you from confusing your audience and will help to
maintain consistent branding.  By allowing your brand's personality to shine
through all of your marketing channels, your audience will become more familiar
with your company, brand, and/or products.
