Don't Give Up So

Make the most of the unsubscribe!  When a subscriber is opting-out from
your emails, take the time to get feedback from them.  Ask them why they're
opting-out, then remind them of the value your emails provide.  Give them the
option to keep in touch with you and offer to follow up with them in the future,
allowing them to choose the time frame.  This way you can possibly salvage
the relationship rather than lose the subscriber for good.  Sometimes people
just aren't ready to purchase yet, and need to give their inbox a break!  Check out this
