Is Your Reply-to Address Valid?

In the first edition of our 52 Email Marketing Tips, Email
Marketing Tip #30
stressed the importance of monitoring your "reply-to"
address.  While monitoring your reply-to address is important to your
campaigns, let's get back to the basics.  For starters, you must first
include a valid return email address.  This may be a no-brainer to many, but
there are email marketers who don't include a valid address or Internet-based
reply mechanism, let alone monitor subscriber replies.  Email subscribers
must have the option to contact the sender in case they choose this method of
opting-out.  Not only that, but doesn't necessarily
look professional to recipients.  Credibility and professionalism will help
build a relationship with your subscribers, and a valid "reply-to" address is just
another way to help you get there!
