Welcome back, New Orleans food lovers! This week, dining reporter Ian McNulty brings us a first look at the renovated, reopening Emeril's Restaurant. The Audubon Clubhouse is back, now part of the Dickie Brennan group. Other restaurants are stepping up to fill the Peppermill breakfast gap. Meanwhile in Mid-City, Parkview Tavern will be forced to move, and in Metairie, Las Cruces stakes its claim near a busy transit crossing. The club sandwich is still on the menu, but other items have been added and elevated as local restaurant group Dickie Brennan and Co. puts its stamp on the Audubon Clubhouse in Audubon Park. More changes are coming, Ian McNulty reports. 3. Wait! There's more. Drago’s is just one of the restaurants that have added breakfast service in response to the closure of Riccobono's Peppermill.
