Power play: Entergy Louisiana wants to build a slew of gas-fired power plants, but is running up against an unlikely coalition of opponents who say the plan is going to be expensive for residents. It is refocusing attention on a long-running debate over whether industrial customers are entitled to more competition in the power market. Sam Karlin has the details.
