As 2018 draws closer to an end, the time has come to reflect and look ahead. It has been a busy and rewarding year: almost 50% of European PSPs have joined the SEPA Instant Credit Transfer scheme and we remain convinced that market forces will help to reach a critical mass by late 2020! However, next year will also bring some exciting news: as of 1 March 2019, the geographical scope of the SEPA schemes will grow by 2 countries to a total of 36 countries! Also, another major topic for the coming year will be the roll out of the SEPA Proxy Lookup scheme and service: keep an eye out for the updates! We wish you a Merry Christmas and a marvellous year 2019!
