Latest Dollar Tree violations lead to $98K in penalties

Concerned about unsafe work conditions, a Wisconsin Dollar Tree employee contacted OSHA in January. Inspectors found blocked aisles and exits, creating trip and fall hazards. Since 2017, OSHA has cited Dollar Tree Inc. for more than 300 violations at Dollar Tree and Family Dollar stores.
