But back in the ‘before’ world, iShares’ Jordan Harwood and MSCI’s Jean-Maurice Ladure sat down with me for a webinar on what investing in emerging markets can bring to a portfolio.

Bailey McCann caught up with Noel Archard this week who has joined AllianceBernstein in the US as Global Head of ETFs and Portfolio Solutions, spearheading the firm’s move into ETFs. Over the long-term Archard plans to add ETF specialists to his team in addition to bringing the first US funds to market. He says he wanted to work with AB because of the depth of their investment platform.
"AB’s strong investment and research approach across multiple asset classes and geographies will lend itself well to delivering new investment opportunities for ETF investors," Archard said.

The Canadians are out in front with Evermore Retirement launching an entire series of ETFs focused on managing money at different stages of life and in different market conditions, while CI Global also launched a series of ETFs, this one focused on its floating rate income fund. State Street joined the field with the launch of a SPDR Blackstone High Income ETF. |
