Splitsville, Population: Everyone
It's breakup season in Hollywood.
And Megan Fox, who recently split from husband Brian Austin Green after nearly 15 years together, doesn't seem too happy about it. If a picture is worth a thousand words, this one of the "Transformers" actress scowling deserves its own syllabus.
In another corner of the world, Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have broken up after three years together, but don't expect any saccharine statements about how they wish each other the best. A source shared that Disick's ex Kourtney Kardashian "didn't make it easy" for Lionel Richie's daughter and "you can only tolerate that kind of treatment for so long.” Meow!
But that's child's play compared to this. Turns out Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy's divorce came on the heels of him moving his ex-wife and their children into the former couple's Hamptons mansion. All's fair in love and global pandemics, but as a source so astutely told Page Six, "Would you want the ex-wife living with you for an unforeseeable amount of time in the middle of a crisis?" Meanwhile, Kyle Martino, who was married to Susan Sarandon’s daughter, Eva Amurri, until recently, says the pair tried their best for wedded bliss but, simply put, just “sucked at being married.” Quarantine has truly created a brand of candor I hope sticks around long after this whole thing's said and done.
Finally, "Bachelorette in Paradise" alum Dean Unglert has revealed he once had a crush on “Bachelorette” vet Andi Dorfman. He's currently dating former “Bachelor” contestant Caelynn Miller-Keyes, so I'm sure we'll be hearing about their split any day now.
And for those experiencing the crush of a breakup right now during these unbelievable times, my heart goes out to you. You deserve a glass ... or three.
Drinking of you fondly,
Maggie
