Refresh Prince

Now, this is a story all about how the original Aunt Viv's life got flipped, turned upside down.

Janet Hubert, who starred on “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” for three seasons before exiting in 1993, and Will Smith ended their 25-year feud during the show's 30th-anniversary reunion, which was released Wednesday.

During the special, Hubert revealed that while she appeared on the show, unbeknownst to her co-stars, she was in an abusive marriage.

“I was no longer laughing, smiling, joking because there were things that were going on that nobody knew about,” she explained. “The cast had no idea what was going on.”

Meanwhile, Smith admitted seeing how he "made the set very difficult for Janet."

And later, an emotional Hubert shared that being labeled as “difficult” tanked her career.

“I lost everything. Reputation. Everything. Everything. And I understand you were able to move forward but you know those words calling a black woman ‘difficult’ in Hollywood is the kiss of death,” she explained.

Smith, who was 21 at the time of their dispute, confessed that he thought Hubert “hated” him, which made the actress cry.

“But it was necessary for us to finally move forward, and I’m sorry that I have blasted you to pieces,” Hubert said, referencing their public spat. “I could not do a 30-year celebration of this show and not celebrate you and your contribution to this show and your contribution to my life.”

Hubert and Smith aren't the only ones moving on.

Demi Lovato
Demi Lovato

It looks like Demi Lovato, who recently ended her engagement to beach photoshoot enthusiast Max Ehrich, has cut that man right out of her hair.

The singer debuted a dramatic chop, half-shaved head and dye job on Wednesday. "I did a thing," she wrote on Instagram.

Sounds like Lovato's getting the last laugh — she recently joked about getting “unengaged” while hosting the People’s Choice Awards, calling 2020 “the longest three years of my life.”

She's right, this year feels like it'll never end. Luckily, we've got Brad Pitt to see us through to the other side.

The Oscar winner was photographed hand-delivering boxes of groceries to low-income families in an LA housing project last week.

“He was grabbing more boxes than anyone there and then carrying probably six boxes at a time on a cart,” a source told the Daily Mail, adding, “It was Brad Pitt like you’ve never seen him, with his guard totally down, laughing, joking, and chatting.”

See? A year that's been the Pitts isn't all Brad.

Drinking of you fondly,

Maggie
