Larsahhhh!
Larsa, Larsa, Larsa!
Like all Kardashian compatriots, Larsa Pippen's moment is upon us, and that, my friends, is never good.
This week, Larsa — who claimed Kanye West "brainwashed" the Kardashians against her —found herself in a scandal so puzzling, you'll be saying, "Jordyn Woods who?"
For the uninitiated, Larsa is the 46-year-old ex of NBA legend Scottie Pippen, whose face seems to be changing before our very eyes and who claimed to be responsible for bringing Tristan Thompson into the Kardashian universe by dating him first.
Good? Good.
Larsa Pippen and Malik Beasley This week, Larsa really upped the ante when she was photographed holding hands — and apparently not wearing a shirt — with Malik Beasley, a 24-year-old guard for the Minnesota Timberwolves, in Miami.
If their age gap doesn't give you pause (he's a mere four years older than her eldest, Scotty Pippen Jr.), this will: On Oct. 30, he was charged with felony threats of violence and fifth-degree drug possession.
Not exactly eligible bachelor material.
However, it gets better, or worse, depending on whom you ask. The real rub? He's married. Montana Yao That's right. Mrs. Beasley is Instagram model Montana Yao, who you can imagine was less than thrilled when the images sprang up.
“Wow… I don’t even know this man… this is wild y’all I’m seeing it for the first time just like y’all," wrote Yao, who shares a child with Beasley. Unfortunately for Yao, she also shares some of those aforementioned drug possession charges after two pounds of pot was found at the couple’s home in September, the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office said.
Now while Yao seems to be stewing, Larsa's 20-year-old son Scotty is taking the high road regarding his mother's rendezvous.
“Focused on myself and my goals. I’m not responsible for nobody’s actions. All good over here,” he tweeted days after the photos hit the internet.
When Larsa returned to her home on Wednesday, shutterbugs were licking their chops to catch her next move, but it was eagle-eyed Instagram followers who may have discovered the message that started it all.
Malik Beasley's comment on Larsa Pippen's Instagram From the looks of things, Beasley's been putting in work off the court, too. He openly flirted with the reality star on Instagram days before their outing, writing, “I just want to take you on a date and treat you like a queen.”
Leave it to a baller to shoot his shot, even if he ends up fouling out.
But it's Larsa who came through with the buzzer-beater, writing on Instagram Wednesday, "Don’t always trust what you see on social media. Even salt looks like sugar.”
Isn't that sweet?
Drinking of you fondly,
