Stay Safe with Hand Sanitizers
We all know the drill by now. Wash hands frequently with soap and water, to the tune of the “Happy Birthday” song—twice—to kill microbes. Always carry hand sanitizer, with at least 60 percent alcohol. And keep hand cream handy, to prevent dry, cracked skin, after all that washing. Choose one that is rich in nut or seed oils, to not only hydrate, but also nourish the skin. Here are some new discoveries!

An Elderberry Boost

Elderberries are one of the most commonly used medicinal plants in the world. Today, elderberries are used as a powerful healing agent for cold and flu symptoms, but that wasn’t always the case. Although elderberries were, and remain, highly beneficial for those reasons, they weren't originally used that way.

Reduce Inflammation,
Lower Stress
An anti-inflammation diet is a front-line defense. After all, food is medicine. We nourish ourselves by converting the energy and information from our food into the biological intelligence of our body. To create and maintain a healthy mind-body physiology, our food must be nourishing, our digestive power strong, and our elimination efficient.
