Once again, this week I had a couple customers ask me about some Historical Treasures we recently sold. And like many before the question is usually , “will you get another one?”. And the answer unfortunately is almost always, “No, because it was most likely the only one in existence”. . How do I know it is probably one-of-a-kind is based on 40 years of collecting auction and sales data. So at this point in my life, I am very confident on what qualifies as “Extremely Rare”. If I haven’t seen it in the past four decades, chances are it’s the only one in existence or of maybe one or two others. . 👉 Below is a small list of items which we have titled, “Rare Treasures You’ll Probably NEVER See Again”: . 1. Harry Houdini Photos – SEE HERE - Note these are All TYPE I Photos captured and produced at the time of the event, so its highly unlikely there are any ORIGINAL Type I duplicates . 2. Frank Sinatra – Original 1962-63 Cal Neva Lodge Brochure - SEE HERE. After searching for one of these for about 30 years and closely monitoring the market, this is the ONLY Original to have ever surfaced on the market . 3. The first photography was born with the Daguerreotype and the technology to duplicate them did not exist. So Daguerreotype from the 1850s are all one-of-a-kind.
