CHICAGO: Chef and humanitarian José Andrés has partnered with Gibsons Restaurant Group to open a trio of restaurants at 110 North Wacker Drive, which is slated to become the city’s tallest office tower, according to Food & Wine. Plans call for a fine-dining restaurant and an elevated cocktail bar, and the group will provide catering for the building’s 10,000-square-foot event space.
