• James Beard Foundation: Adriatic Archipelagos & Greek Goddesses departing on June 17 from Venice featuring Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja, executive chef at Shuka, Eastern Mediterranean restaurant in New York City.

• James Beard Foundation: Grand Japan departing on September 21 from Yokohama, featuring Chef Tracy Chang, the chef/owner of PAGU restaurant, celebrating Spanish and Japanese style tapas, in Cambridge, MA.

On every Windstar cruise, and especially our culinary-themed ones, guests find a focus on international cuisine infused with local flavor and local fresh ingredients. Our small ships serve only 148 to 342 guests, giving them the feel of their own private yacht and the attentive service of our warm and friendly crew. In this relaxed and unregimented atmosphere, they can do more of what they want.
