Survey Results! If you could live anywhere in the world outside of the U.S., where would it be? Here are a few of the responses we received: Pamela in Georgia: "I choose Italy. The people are amazingly friendly. The food is fabulous. I just love their way of life, which is so relaxed. Each region is more beautiful than the next one." Andrew in South Carolina: "Chipiona, Spain. My military service brought us to this sleepy little town on the coast of the Atlantic. Here, family is central, the food comes from the sea or the field directly to your table and the cost of living is a steal for the proximity to the cost and the rest of Europe." David in Oklahoma: "Mazatlan, Mexico. It's fairly safe. It's close to the U.S. They have good medical facilities. The climate is pleasant. There are many cultural attractions, friendly folk, beaches, mountains, cheap living and great food." Don in Michigan: "The Philippines! Low cost of living. Great tropical weather. Friendly people. And most of all, great airfare promotions to other Asian countries." Jim in Ohio: "Nowhere. This is still the greatest country in the world. We have all the seasons. We have the mountains, valleys, plants and beaches." |
