I have posted before about scoring fabulous finds at my local thrift shop. This dress was $5 and looked like it was made for me. If I had a dollar for each compliment I got when I wore it yesterday, I would have made several times the purchase price.

My best friend always looks down at the ground when we go for walks because he is really quite lucky finding huge amounts of change in sidewalk crevices and dirt patches. He finds several dollars per week! Unfortunately, these coins are often very corroded and almost unrecognizable.

I drink a lot of tea and coffee during the day. To kill a tree for wooden, or waste plastic for stirrers is not on my list of "smart things to do". Neither, is washing spoons all day or wasting space on my tiny "coffee spotted" counters. So I compromised and found a free, washable and reusable solution.

This is a cute and simple "thumbs up" card that can be used for any special occasion. This card could be used for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparents' card, birthday, or even as a Great Job, congratulations, for an awesome friend, teacher, etc. Just write the appropriate greeting for the occasion.
