Letter from the Editor We often hear the phrase, "Don’t sweat the small stuff." However, there are times when the “small stuff” can make all the difference in the world. Think of where we might be in the pandemic if the entire country had taken the small thing of wearing a mask seriously. This week, we look at the small variations in fasting glucose over time and how that little detail could have an effect on microvascular risk.
