A Pennsylvania lawsuit involving a teacher fired for his alleged participation in the Jan. 6 attack on the White House is showcasing how difficult it can be to litigate a case during a tense election season. According to litigators and jury consultants who spoke for our first story today, election season crunch time is resulting in more divisive jury panels and tricky pre-trial motions to narrow the issues, including a recent motion in the Pennsylvania case stemming from the recent assassination attempt against former President Trump.
