Gov. Wes Moore's recent flurry of actions include new offices to address broadband infrastructure, as well as a reorganization in the Commerce Department to launch two new divisions for economic growth. "We’re taking a playbook from the private industry,” Bathras told Technical.ly. “We’re going to coalesce all of our data assets into a public sector view.”
