Closing party at the Summit of Greatness was insane with DJ Irie.

I want to give you a taste of the Summit though :) which is why I brought back Ryan Blair.

Ryan was not only a speaker at the Summit, but this is his second appearance at the podcast.

You met Ryan the first time in the School of Greatness episode 107 (How a Gang Kid Became a Multimillionaire Entreprenur)

He spoke at Summit this weekend and brought down the house with a powerful talk about how he has faced massive challenges time and again and finds his way back up.

If this is your first intro to Ryan, he's the CEO of ViSalus, a huge multi-million dollar nutrition and weight loss company that he has built over the years through hard work and dedication.

He is also a #1 NYT bestselling author, a devoted dad, and an incredible human being.

As he was talking on stage, I could see tons of people scribbling notes as he told how he has gone from rock bottom (in jail, broke, etc) to the very top and why serving others has become such a motivator for him.

His new book all about this dropped today. Can't recommend it highly enough.

We recorded an episode of the podcast a few weeks ago discussing the same topics, and I'm stoked to bring it to you today.

One thing I loved that Ryan told me in that conversation was, "Once you get momentum, it does all the work for you."

He's living proof that building a company or movement the right way pays off big time in the long run.

It takes more than hard work and patience though. It takes big belief in your vision and enrolling others into supporting that vision with you.
