We know what the bad news is. COVID, the lockdown, injustice, racism, the recession, the upcoming election, Brexit, China, the EU… it’s a big list.
The good news is, this is normal. No, you are not insane...no, you are not a failure. This is how you’re SUPPOSED to feel.
And all feelings, like events, are temporary.
Nothing to do but work hard and have faith in the virtue and decency of people around you.
