6 entries added to the consolidated list

On 21 February 2024 the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions List on GOV.UK enacting the UN’s decision made on 20 February 2024 to add 6 entries.

The following 6 entries have been added to the Democratic Republic of the Congo financial sanctions regime and are now subject to an asset freeze:

• Apollinaire Hakizimana (Group ID: 16379)
• Ahmad Mahmood Hassan (Group ID: 16380)
• Willy Ngoma (Group ID: 16382)
• Mohamed Ali Nkalubo (Group ID: 16383)
• Michel Rukunda (Group ID: 16381)
• William Amuri Yakutumba (Group ID: 16384)

OFSI’s consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
