On 07 March 2025 the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions List on GOV.UK. This list provides details of those designated under regulations made under the Sanctions Act.

The following entries have been removed from the Russia financial sanctions regime and are no longer subject to an asset freeze or trust services sanctions:

• ROSBANK PJSC (Group ID: 15916)
• ACTIVE DENIZCILIK VE GEMI ISLETMECILIGI ANONIM SIRKETI (Group ID: 16428)

The following entry has been amended on the Russia financial sanctions regime and is still subject to an asset freeze, trust services sanction and a prohibition on correspondent banking and clearing:

• TBANK (Group ID: 15917)

OFSI’s consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
