| Hi John, After a fun family summer on the beach, I came home and decided to commemorate the experience with a painting of my flip-flop. 🩴☀️ I got to work and covered a canvas with gesso and sand from that beach. Once dry, I painted my flip-flop on top! A gift to my family member to reflect our happy memories together. When you’re stumped for ideas, try looking to everyday objects for inspiration... a can of beans a t-shirt a vase of flowers or the pattern on your dinner plate your shoe dinner What everyday objects have been your muse, or what could become your inspiration?
