Firefox Gold trades in Canada (FFOX) and in the U.S. (FFOXF). With 203.3 million shares and a US$0.033 share price its market cap is a mere US$7 million. It’s trading at those levels because the company has simply been out of the news for the past couple of years. But now, as the company’s co-founder and Chairman Patrick Smith explained, it is coming back to life as it is in the process of raising between $4 and $5 million to get active again in its flagship Mustajarvi project in Finland.

Expect Crescat Capital, Agnico Eagle, and a group headed by John Robins to enter the next financing. Agnico Eagle is already a major shareholder and is spending up to $12.5 million on another project owned by FireFox Gold to earn a 75% interest.

FireFox is waking up. I’m expecting big things from this company over the next 12 months which is why I invited Patrick to update my subscribers on the company’s plans to get active once again on their hugely prospective gold targets in Finland.
