Fear Not
What I love about the tech business is that it's optimistic by nature—you buy technology only if you think it can make things better. But that potential is also one reason picking a cloud application such as ERP is so stressful: there's so much goodness to be had, how do we avoid buyer's remorse from picking the wrong one?

A recent article tries to ease that fear of ERP buyer's remorse by highlighting five questions to ask before taking the plunge. Can your ERP go global if your business expands? Can it scale? As an Oracle expert puts it: "If you are in a high-transaction-volume environment and you can't process tens of millions of transactions an hour, the rest doesn't even matter."

And as long as you're making your ERP list, here's another article to consider: 10 New Reasons to Move ERP into the Cloud. Read on—and fear not!

How do you invert those numbers to spend 80 percent on innovation while keeping your IT budget relatively flat? Get the inside details on how it made the shift.

Survey: Growth Companies Choose Cloud
Leaders of the fastest-growing private US companies maintain an overwhelmingly positive outlook: 89 percent said they're either "extremely" or "very" confident about their company's prospects in 2017, according to a recent survey by Oracle and Inc. Media. They're also bullish on the cloud. More than 83 percent said their company already has at least two functions in the cloud. How can these fast-growing companies make smart cloud choices?
