| MEDICINE MARKETPLACE SAVES THOUSANDS OF EUROS |

Wastage of medication is a hotly debated issue that primarily relates to packages returned by patients. It is estimated that in the Netherlands alone, we throw away at least 100 million Euros’ worth of medicines every year. Besides patients, pharmacies and suppliers also regularly have to deal with leftovers and wastage.
20 pharmacists took part in a pilot conducted over the past few months. As a result of this pilot, the destruction of 68 packages was avoided; instead they were re-issued to patients. These 68 packages represent a total procurement value of Euro 54,000. With 2,000 pharmacies in the Netherlands alone, these results indicate the magnitude of the circular impact PharmaSwap can achieve if rolled out on a large scale. |

| | On July 10 we have launched our new tool: the SharingScan, which enables businesses and organizations to calculate the financial and sustainable benefits of asset sharing in advance.
After two months, a provisional and quite impressive balance can be drawn up. The potential revenue and cost savings of companies that have completed the SharingScan are already more than 3,5 million euros. And slightly more than 4,500 tons of CO2 and 3,565,000 KwH energy will potentially be saved. |

| | On October 4th our Co-Founder, Kim Tjoa, will speak at the European Circular Conference in Ukraine. His goal is to inspire participating people and businesses about the circular economy and the opportunities and benefits of asset sharing as a tool to become a more future-proof and circular business.
After Ukraine, we will travel to Warsaw in Poland to give a presentation and host a world café discussion on the opportunities and challenges of the sharing economy for businesses and organizations, as part of the Mazovia Circular Conference on October 11th. From Ukraine, we will travel to China for the Circular Economy Exhibition in Nanjing and for several appointments with Chinese business parks and hospitals to discover the opportunities of asset sharing for their communities and organizations.
