Former Cavaliers player Kevin Porter Jr. charged with assault, strangulation in New York

Former Cleveland Cavaliers player and current Houston Rockets guard Kevin Porter Jr. was arrested and charged with assault and strangulation at a New York hotel on Monday morning, authorities said.
