Former Maryland Sen. Oaks sentenced to 3.5 years in prison for corruption charges

Former Maryland Sen. Nathaniel T. Oaks on Tuesday was sentenced to 3½ years in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, after pleading guilty to corruption charges.
