Dear friend and supporter, We are thrilled to share first piece of good news in a while! Over the weekend, Israeli forces successfully rescued four hostages from Gaza. In a complex daytime operation, IDF troops bravely ventured into Nuseirat, a crowded residential neighborhood in the central Gaza Strip, and freed Noa Argamani, 26, Almog Meir Jan, 21, Andrey Kozlov, 27, and Shlomi Ziv, 40, from Hamas captivity. Tragically, a heroic fighter from the Border Police, Arnon Zamora, was mortally wounded during the rescue mission and later pronounced dead. These four hostages were abducted by Hamas terrorists from the Supernova music festival near Kibbutz Re’im during the October 7 massacre. Thankfully, they are now in good medical condition and being monitored at Sheba Medical Center in Ramat Gan’s Tel Hashomer neighborhood. While we celebrate their return, we must remember that Hamas still holds 120 hostages, and the country continues to suffer from enormous distress. Thousands of evacuees are living in terrible conditions, many of whom are family members of soldiers on the ground and hostages held in Gaza. At Feed Israel, we are committed to supporting these displaced families and others affected by the conflict. Our efforts include providing essential supplies, medical care, and mental health support to help them cope with these challenging times. |
