METAL, WIRE, & MORE

Free Project: Autumn copper

For fall, our metal of choice is copper. It’s relatively soft and therefore easy to shape. Copper’s earthy color makes it ideal for hammering, and it takes on a graceful patina.

Winners of the July-August Design Challenge

For this Facet Design Challenge, we asked you to hit the road with jewelry inspired by your travels! Maybe your travels took you to the beach, or a cabin in the mountains. Perhaps you went a little international, backpacking across Europe. Whether you took a staycation or a trip around the world, your jewelry was divine. We’re pleased to share the winners, and their travel stories, of ROAD TRIP.

Infusing autumn in jewelry
Pumpkins on the vine. Cozy sweaters. Fresh apple cider. Autumn is upon us. Just as we incorporate cool blues and ocean themes into our summer jewelry designs, we have the opportunity to use the warm colors and icons of fall in our projects as we embrace the changing seasons.
