Free project: Bird’s nest wire and pearl pendant

We’ve seen these little wire nests in jewelry designs everywhere, but didn’t quite understand how they were made. So when we built ours, we cut an extra-long piece of wire and tried to think like a mother bird: Form a wire frame and weave the wire around and between itself to reinforce the structure. You can’t really make mistakes.
