Demystifying colored pencil on metal

We're getting back into the saddle after the Bead&Button Show 2017, our week‑long celebration of all things bead‑ and jewelry‑related. The Show is very education‑oriented, featuring hundreds of classes with talented teachers from around the world. Bead&Button Associate Editor Diane Jolie took a class on coloring metal with colored pencils, one of the hottest trends in jewelry making. Halstead Design Challenge

The Halstead Design Challenge, a competition for jewelry makers sponsored by Halstead Bead, wrapped up recently at the annual conference of the Society of North American Goldsmiths (SNAG).
