Want free rent for a year?

Baltimore Peninsula, a major mixed-use real estate development south of downtown, aims to attract more startups by offering enticing incentives. CEO MaryAnne Gilmartin of development collaborator MAG Partners announced last night at UpSurge Baltimore's annual meeting that relocating startups could receive a year of free rent and assistance with real estate matters. The program, named "Innovation Exclusive powered by UpSurge at Baltimore Peninsula," aims to provide turnkey office spaces without any upfront costs for construction.
