I've always liked zucchini but I know more about baking with zucchini now. This little book will help you deal with the deluge of zucchini that comes every summer. You'll never run out of great things to make.
We add cinnamon chips to most of our zucchini (and banana) recipes. It's a wonderful addition. But cinnamon chips, like chocolate chips will melt in the heat. If you would like to take your chances or don't mind chopping them apart if they melt together, you can get them at the link below.
